Launched at the Valkenswaard Grand Prix circuit, the new RM-Z450 boasts a number of significant changes for 2015, including Showa SFF Air front forks and the same holeshot-assist system found on the factory race bikes of Clement Desalle and James Stewart. The new MX1 contender will be on display alongside the RM-Z250.
The RMX450Z enduro machine and the DR-Z125 and DR-Z70 models will also be on show, while the popular V-Strom 1000 Adventure will be featuring in the show’s Adventure Area.
Adding to Suzuki’s presence at the show will be the RM-Z450 raced by Rockstar Energy Suzuki’s Clement Desalle in this year’s MXGP championship and the RM-Z250 campaigned by Glenn Coldenhoff. Graeme Irwin’s Heads & All Threads Suzuki RM-Z450 will also feature along with the RM-Z250 that will be raced by the newly-signed Harri Kullas next season.
Suzuki GB Marketing Manager, Rob Cooper, said ahead of the show, “We always look forward to the International Dirt Bike Show and we’re doing so again this year.
“After it’s worldwide press launch in July, we’re excited to be displaying the new RM-Z450, alongside the rest of our off-road range. Add to those the number of race bikes we have on display and there are a lot of reasons to come and see us on the stand.”
Suzuki can be found on on stand B16 in hall 2.
The International Dirt Bike Show opens on Thursday 30 October and runs until Sunday 2 November.
